It is designed for simultaneous 90-degree welding of all four corners of PVC profile frames. Supports seamless 0.2 mm welding for colored profiles. The machine is PC-controlled with Windows operating system and a 19-inch LCD screen. It supports fast data transfer via USB memory, cable, CD, wireless, Ethernet and e-mail, plus barcode reader integration for automation and remote service support. Manual and automatic working modes are available. Axis motions use a ball screw system for high square and dimensional sensitivity, while all head motions run on linear guide bearings. Welding tables are cast iron. Welding temperature and time are electronically adjustable, and melting, welding and top-press pressure can be adjusted. Mould changes and Teflon band replacement are quick. The machine includes automatic profile recognition, unlimited profile program memory, and automatic lubricating system.
