Automatic conveying of PVC profiles to the screwing section. The machine measures profile length automatically and determines the number of screws. Profiles are centered automatically at the screwing section. Two servo controlled screwing heads perform operations based on the operator program. Output conveyor and profile storage automatically discharge profiles when screwing is completed. PLC controlled screw feeding units positioned separately ensure non stop screwing operations. System supports remote technical support and troubleshooting, and displays error messages with system status on screen. Axis motion uses linear bearings with rack and pinion drive for accuracy and durability. Ergonomic design with robust construction. Maximum recommended steel thickness is 2.0 mm.
