Designed for 90-degree welding and cleaning of PVC profile frames as a complete line. The line has four stations: welding station, cooling station, transportation-turning station, and cleaning station. It supports 0.2 mm seamless welding for colored profiles and is PC-controlled with Windows operating system. Data transfer is available by USB memory, cable, CD, wireless, Ethernet and e-mail. The machine provides a 19-inch LCD control screen, barcode reader integration for automatic head movement, remote service technology, manual and automatic operation modes, automatic profile recognition, unlimited profile memory and automatic lubrication. Production capacity is 200-240 frames per 8 hours.
